When its previous vendor stopped providing support, the City of Racine needed a partner to take over its existing website and help plan its next chapter.

How We Work

A clear plan. A team that keeps you informed.

Your team has services to deliver and residents to support. We agree on priorities, responsibilities and milestones from the start, with regular check-ins to keep your website project moving.

  1. Step 1: Understand & Plan

We learn about your community, staff workflows, existing website and connected systems. Together, we define the scope, content responsibilities and project timeline.

    Week 1

  2. Step 2: Design & Review

Review a design shaped around your organization and the tasks residents need to complete. Your feedback helps refine the experience before development.

    Weeks 2–3

  3. Step 3: Build & Test

We build your website, implement agreed integrations and help migrate your existing content. We test navigation, mobile usability, accessibility and key functions before launch.

    Weeks 4–6

  4. Step 4: Train & Launch

Your staff receives WordPress training and a page-by-page help site. We coordinate launch and handover, with ongoing maintenance and support available through a separate plan.

    Weeks 7–8

What It Is Like to Work With Our Team.

Choosing OnPoint for the development of our new site has proven to be a fantastic decision.

Throughout the journey, we’ve been consistently impressed by their excellent project management and profound technological expertise. Over the past year and a half, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with the OnPoint team, culminating in the successful launch of our new website in the summer of 2023. In our search for a web design and development firm, OnPoint truly stood out. Rather than merely discussing how they could enhance our customers’ online experience, they went above and beyond by presenting concrete ideas.

Alison Rodes Communications Specialist, Wilmette Park District

OnPoint is a valuable member of the Anchor Packaging family and we look forward to working with them.

Anchor Packaging has worked with the OnPoint team for several years. We turned over an existing WordPress site, and they set to work to ensure they knew how it was constructed while learning more about our business. Their knowledge of WordPress, combined with their responsiveness and reliability, ensured the site was always current and running efficiently.
